Acting president, in the absence of the president

Student Conductor––Concert Choir & Chamber Singers

 Student Conductor–Treble Singers

Conductor of the choir when assigned -  Acting Conductor in the absence of Mr. Woolf 

 

Activities Director––Concert Choir & Chamber Singers

 Activities Director–Treble Singers

Plan, organize, promote, set- up/clean-up choir activities, concerts, trips, etc. - Create concert and activity promotional fliers/posters, for school campus and  Desert Hills Choirs Social Media - Keep choirs informed of all performances, activities and dates

 

Activities Committee Members

Assists the Activities Director in all responsibilities

 

Librarian–Concert Choir & Chamber Singers

 Librarian–Treble Singers

File music - Music disbursement - Choir robes disbursement, maintenance, collection - Computer records for all inventoried items - Keep classroom clean and organized - classroom chair placement

 

Historian–Concert Choir & Chamber Singers

Historian–Treble Singers 

 Keep classroom calendar and the  website Google calendar updated and accurate - Keep an accounting of all choir pictures -  Compile a recap of the year through pictures with music for the end of year banquet

Social Media Director–Concert Choir & Chamber Singers

Social Media Director–Treble Singers

Retrieve pictures from other choir members and provide descriptions of activities -  Create promotional Reels and memes - Post all choir activities using choir social media accounts

Section Leaders–Concert Choir & Chamber Singers
