Acting president, in the absence of the president - Team Member

Student Conductor––Concert Choir & Chamber Singers

 Student Conductor–Treble Singers

Conductor of the choir when assigned -  Acting Conductor in the absence of Mr. Woolf - Team Member

 

Activities Director––Concert Choir & Chamber Singers

 Activities Director–Treble Singers

Plan, organize, promote, set- up/clean-up choir activities, concerts, trips, etc.  Create concert and activity promotional fliers/posters, for school campus and  Desert Hills Choirs Social Media - Team Member

 

Activities Committee Members

Assists the Activities Director in all responsibilities - Team Members

 

Librarian–Concert Choir & Chamber Singers

 Librarian–Treble Singers

File music - Music disbursement - Folder disbursement, maintenance and collection - Choir robes disbursement, maintenance, collection - Computer records for all inventoried items - Keep classroom clean and organized, including chair placement - Team Member

 

Historian–Concert Choir & Chamber Singers

Historian–Treble Singers 

Inform choir of all performances/activities and dates - Keep classroom calendar updated and accurate - Keep an accounting of all activities, including pictures/programs from concerts, and festivals. Provide activity pictures with written description to Mr. Woolf, so he can post them on the Desert Hills Choirs social media accounts - Create a recap of the year using collected pictures for the end of year activities.
